since I packed my scanner, i didn't want to draw on my sketchbook but i'm slowly getting used to drawing sketches digitally.

this is my very first superhero OC, Rabid Claw. XDDD her real name's tinashe but ~kisukaite nicknamed her tina (cute nickname really >u<). made her for a superhero OCs group (misfit society of heroes) on tumblr. i'm also trying to get used to tumblr. it's significantly different from livejournal. o3o;;

anyway, enjoy!

<sub>Tinashe came from a fairly well-off family in Southern Africa. [Her father was a popular pastor and her mother was historian.] She has a younger sister who is 3 years younger than her. When she was aged 12, and her sister 9, they were both kidnapped during a bombing incident. They were brought to an underground facility with hundreds of other young "candidates". Tinashe and her sister passed the initial screenings but were soon separated and sent to different facilities. Tinashe promised her sister they'd go back home to their parents together.

After years in the facility, Tinashe was the only one to survive a genetic mutation project, called "Rabid Claw". The result was that she had the physical abilities of any cat species she can recall. However, her body has many scars from the physical experiments. When she realized the potential of her power, she pretended to go along and planned to use this power against her captors. When she turned 17, there was unexplained explosion all over the facility and she took this chance to escape. She looked for her sister but only found out that she was no longer in Africa. She went back to her home to let her parents know that she's alive. She found her home burned down and her parents' gravestones at the backyard. She eventually learned they died in the same bombing incident years ago. Mournful and enraged, she made a new promise to bring her sister back alive and exact vengance on the people responsible for the death of so many innocent lives, including her parents.

She fights crime as a vigilante while getting any information related to her captors. She named herself "Rabid Claw", after the project that had given her feline abilities. While she is not fighting as Rabid Claw, she works part-time as a journalist, traveling to different parts of the world.</sub>
